Tanya has maintained involvement in health and fitness her whole life through years of gymnastics training, dance and aerobic interests. She studied fitness, health, and nutrition at the University of Arizona and strives to stay up to date on the newest and most effective fitness trends and techniques. Over the years she has attended conferences for Pilates, traveled to Hawaii, Costa Rica, & Aspen for additional training with the Reformer, and worked with Pilates trainers from Canyon Ranch Resort and the Golden Door.
Tanya has been practicing Pilates ever since she was introduced to it in 1995. She has been teaching at Envisions Personalized Health since 2002 when she became certified with AMFPT as a Pilates instructor. Tanya offers private and semi private classes for all fitness levels.
The spunk that she brings to her classes makes them fun to be in, the variety of education from different regions of Pilates she brings always keeps it interesting, and she combines the routines with your goals in mind. These sessions are great for a beginner or someone who wants to take their fitness to another level.
Her commitment to her clients remains strong in hopes of sharing and teaching the benefits of Pilates. Anyone can achieve a stronger and leaner body with Pilates; all it takes is drive and commitment. Tanya helps ensure clients have the education and encouragement to achieve their fitness goals.
