Tanya has maintained involvement in health and fitness her whole life through years of gymnastics training, dance and aerobic interests. She studied fitness, health, and nutrition at the University of Arizona and strives to stay up to date on the newest and most effective fitness trends and techniques. Last year alone she attended a 4 day conference for Pilates and spent a week in Hawaii for additional training with the Reformer.  She plans on continuing her education for 2005 as well.

Tanya has been practicing Pilates for the past four years and has been teaching Pilates classes at Visions Personalized Fitness for over 2 years. Her students rave about her semi-private (no more than 4 people at a time) Pilates mat classes that cater to each individual's personal fitness level.  Even more of a client pleaser is her private or semi-private reformer sessions.  These sessions are great for a beginner or someone who wants to take their fitness to another level.

Her commitment to her clients remains strong in hopes of sharing and teaching the benefits of Pilates. Anyone can achieve a stronger and leaner body with Pilates; all it takes is drive and commitment. Tanya helps ensure clients have the education and encouragement to achieve their fitness goals.
